This technology has allowed us to build corporately approved filters within the automated system. These control filters were designed to respect all legislative guidelines by province, specifically, but not limited to allowable calling times and allowable phone numbers. Alerts are then created from the control filters to communicate all accounts that do not meet legislative requirements and should not be dialed.
