The D - V EPT test stands are based on 14 years of automotive testing innovation and research, with our goal of providing the HV/EV industry with the best products ahead of the curve. By leveraging our long standing e-motor testing experience with strong electrical engineering expertise, D - V develops products to meet emerging test requirements and provides more cost effective integrated test systems for the rapidly expanding hybrid and EV markets.
Recent projects include inverter durability testers for a state of the art, triple-output inverter. This system included 3 motors with loads on each, thermal chambers and 5 channel liquid cooling to allow full simulation of vehicle drive cycles. These testers are being used to provide the longest and most severe drive schedules used currently in the industry.
