Federal Elevator Systems specializes in the manufacturing and
installation of elevating devices for the disabled, passenger
elevators and home elevators for a wide variety of applications. Since its inception in 1988, the Company has manufactured thousands of hydraulic elevators and lifts and many custom design products that range from 10,000 lbs freight elevators to 26 floor high speed passenger elevators. These elevators and lifts have been installed in a wide range of Schools, Institutional Buildings, Government Offices, Churches, Residences, etc.
The main products are the Carelift Handicap Lift, the Panorama and Renaissance Residence Elevators and the Serenus LULA Elevator. The Carelift is a vertical lift that is designed to transport disabled or elederly persons in buildings that are accessible to the general public. The Serenus LULA Elevator is ideal for ADA retrofitting buildings as it meets the ADA requirements and CSA B44/ANSI A17.1 part 5.2 of the Code. The Panorama Residence Elevator is a vertical lift that fulfils the same task as the Carelift but is designed for house use. The Renaissance Elevator model is the upscale model for residential elevator.
The Company was founded in 1988 and its management group has
extensive experience in the Elevator industry having taken direct participation in the development of the market for these type of elevating devices both in Canada and the United States as well as having been involved in the development of National Codes that cover the installation of these devices.
The Company is based on its own, modern and spacious building
that was purchased in 1991 where it conducts all its Manufacturing, Engineering and Research and Development activities under strict controls that guarantee the integrity of its elevators and lifts and the inherent quality of its design is safety and accurately extended to the final products. The extensive R - D Program that the Company undertakes on an ongoing basis ensures that the latest technology is available to its customers on all its standard products.
Federal Elevator products are typically sold through a vast
network of dealers and representatives that have been trained to
satisfy the demanding requirements of virtually any customer.
For those areas that no dealer or representative has been
appointed the Company has performed installations directly with
success but it prefers to distribute its products through
Durable Medical Equipment dealers or Elevator companies.
The Company supports its representatives with continuous
updating of its sales literature, varied advertising, regular
training seminars and direct contacts. As well, the Sales
Department is capable of communicating with customers and
representatives in English, French, Spanish and other languages.
