Incorporated 1995 - Gourmet wine marinated smoked salmon in
retort pouch. Aboriginal, delicious, convenient are only a few
words to describe this gourmet product. Produced from high
quality (wild Pacific) salmon. Marinated in a brining recipe
that originated with ``Little Miss Chief's`` Great Grandmother.
`` Little Miss Chief`` experimented and improved on the original
recipe by adding dry white wine to the brine, which produced a
product that is distinct in its quality texture and flavor.
Nutritional, healthy, low fat, low cholesterol, no artificial
coloring/flavors, natural wood smoke. Product is thermally
processed in gold foil retort pouches locking in the exquisite
flavors. Requires no refrigeration until opened. Shelf stable
for a minimum of 5 years. The plant and retort process is
registered with the FDA in Washington. DC, Federal Department of
Fisheries and Oceans Canada - The European Common Market.
