Success Stories: • For a mechanical contracting company, we developed tactical plans with senior managers in order to get approval at their Leadership Conference. Besides planning, this intervention used SWOT analysis, goal setting and presentation training with five divisions. This project had the added benefit of helping managers understand each other and work together as a team.
• For road construction company, we worked with the CEO, President and top management to assess and establish the appropriate management structure and new corporate culture. We also introduced team-building, individual skills-building and customer service programs. The project also included process mapping and executive assessments and evaluations.
• For a government agency, we designed, developed and conducted focus groups to assess and establish the appropriate information to be used in the development of a higher education savings program. The information from this project was used to secure funding.
• For a pharmaceutical company, we designed and conducted sales training for their inbound sales group. In addition to developing the course we coached the sales group after the training for an increase of 50% in sales on inbound calls in one day.
