David R. Maracle has owned and operated his business Native Expressions since 1985 from the Tyendinaga Mohawk Territory. We at Native Expressions take great pride in bringing forth true uniqueness and authenticity in each item that is procuded; from Ancient Stone Medicine Wheels, Smudgebowls, Talking Feathers, Mandalas and ceremonial pipes to Sacred Healing Gourds and much more. Each treasured item is unique, one of a kind, hand-crafted, top quality, and made with countless hours of love and care. This is only one component of Native Expressions..David is a world renown Mohawk Musician and Sculptor, who has won many awards for his Musical compilations and for his "Originals in Stone". All his carvings are One-of-a-Kind Originals in various mediums, such as steatite, Pipestone, alabaster, marble, Bone, wood and other natural materials. Prices start at $600, but the sky is the limit depending upon the size , amount of detail, and medium. The influences of his Native Ancestral Heritage are clearly depicted in his sculpture. This has been his main goal; to educate people about the Native culture and issues through his artwork.
David's sculptures have touched the hearts of many people; private and corporate collectors alike throughout the world. Some of his more famous Curators include Nelson Mandela, Loretta Lynne, Dan Akroyd, and the Emperor of Japan.
Regarding our Concerts, they come in all sizes; from large and in depth productions to small intimate gatherings; we will customize our Concert to fit your budget and personal or corporate needs. We travel extensively and have performed all over the globe, so distance is never an issue for us.
David R. Maracle - Native Expressions also offer a wide range of workshops; from drumming workshops, Love Flute workshops, sound building for children, mini concerts and Ancestral Heritage teachings for children, not to forget our survival teachings and snow snake (Iroquoian Sport) teachings.
These workshops can be customized to suite any facility, company, school, institute private or public sector. Again, we travel extensively around the globe with our workshops - concerts, so be sure not to miss out on a magical event.
