Founded in 1952, we are a manufacturer of spur gears, helical gears, double helical gears, high precision ground gears, worm gears, worm wheels, sprockets and splined products, proudly ISO 9001-2008 and API Spec Q1 certified. With the large variety of equipment available to us, more than 150 machine centres, we can cut gears in a variety of styles from simple spur gears to continuous tooth herringbones, ranging in sizes from one inch up to sixteen feet. In recent years Vancouver Gear Works has been performing constant upgrades to our equipment and we can now achieve AGMA gear finishes in excess of Quality Level 13 and provide the inspection reports with North America's second largest CNC Gear Measuring Machine to confirm it. VanHeat, Vancouver Gear Works sister company, handles the majority of our heat treating services, this gives us "in house" levels of control while being away from our facility. With nearly 60 years of gear manufacturing, we have the knowledge and capabilities to produce the best gear services available.
