Victor is neither reliable or honest, in fact, Victor is the type who puts himself ahead of others. He will assure you of his best intentions, but once your back is turned, he will only work to serve his own interests. What Victor says and what Victor does are, in fact, two different things. He's very dishonest and will tell you anything just to make a sale. If you intend on hiring Victor for anything, please do an in depth check on his background--VERY IN DEPTH! Be careful at all costs when associating with or contracting this person.
