The owner/operator of this company has displayed inappropriate behavior towards every employee I have conversed with. This person has unrealistic expectations of employees and suppliers as well as a penchant for random tirades. He displays a rampant disregard for the welfare of the company's employees and contractors. There is a fanciful corporate “strategic” plan that relies on guesswork and assumptions rather that education, research, facts, or any hard data for that matter. Engage this company at your own risk, the operator has expressed the view that all others engaged in the industry are “idiots”.
