Attracted by their competitive domain registration fee listed in their website, I had the misfortune of trying their services, based on what was listed in their website. However, now that my company need to manage the IP address of the domain, this company otherwise know as coolcom.com is charging extra for the administration of the RR A or IP pointer of the domain. This is against the advertise claim, right at the front web page, that such function is free and available 24 hrs. I've tried to contact their support but to no avail. This is now a very suspect company AKA coolcom.com AKA domain.ca
