4th Wall Design and Build should be listed under "Buyer Beware" as a contracting company that anyone would hire. The GC hired electricians to do work in our home that were not licensed and were working without an electrical permit. The ESA ( Electrical Safety Division) launched a full investigation and the Gc could not find the electricians ( who seem to have magically disappeared) so the ESA is fining the GC. The city inspector also become involved because no permit for plumbing or otherwise was taken out by the GC on our home. Furthermore, the GC finds his trades at different tiling stores and wood companies by asking for recommendations so he uses trades that he doesn't know and selects them based on the lowest price for their work. The work is extremely poor, takes twice as long as it should and most of what he did had to be redone by us after we fired 4th Wall Design, which unfortunately for us, was in the middle of our project.
