This is being provided only as a WARNING TO ANYONE THINKING OF USING THIS COMPANY - Owner: Frank Panagiotidis, who operates as numerous different names: Qualified-Leads , Sales Leads Pros, Business Link, Sales Lead Pros, Business Link Tele Services (these are the only ones I am aware of at this time). The experience was simply contrary to everything that was discussed and agreed upon. We paid a deposit and received only one lead that did not meet the criteria outlined in the Business Brief he asked to be completed...in fact in follow-up conversations with me trying to guide them to success it was determined they had not even read it. When he finally took the time to read it he then announced that he could not possibly provide the leads he guaranteed to in the agreement. It goes on from there for a few weeks with our money gone and nothing but excuses from Frank as to why he could not deliver and of course, why he would not refund the money. The only guarantee that Frank should be offering is client dissatisfaction. There are others with similar experiences (I am generally pretty diligent about checking online for poor reviews before engaging with a company…I believe he has been successful with continuing this behaviour by continually cycling through the various operating as (o/a) company names listed above.)
