Success Stories: Accutech Engineering Provided Process Improvement services (Lean Engineering Planning) for a number of lcients inlcuding Boyd Autobody Group and Erosion Control Blanket Systems. In both instances the companies were able to rethink their current operations and achieve major cost and efficiency improvements.
Strategic BioDiesel United (SBU), a Biofuels Developer from Austria wanted to develop a new Biodiesel manufacturing facility in Western Canada. Accutech assisted SBU in all aspects of evaluating the development in Western Canada. Accutech assisted SBU in the design, buisness planning, land aquisition, and overall buisness develpment, including strategic planning and negotiation with development and supply partners.

Contribution: This as a CIDA funded project to design and construct three
(3) grain terminals for the Egyptian Government in the Nile
Delta. Company staff were responsible for the design and
construction management of the entire project. Training of
the operators selected to run these facilities was also
included as part of the contract.
