Our technical consultation focuses on metal casting and materials research. We help our customers to do on-site trouble-shooting, reduce scrap and rework rate, optimize and/or renovate part design and processing, and enhance the quality assurance system per ISO9001, TS16949, AS9100, and NADCAP AC7101/2. Our sourcing service focuses on assisting our customers to source manufactured metal parts such as casting, forging, extrusion, stamping, machining, and custom made parts, from local suppliers or outsource to offshore such as Chinese market. All of our selected suppliers have third party ISO9001 certification, as a minimum, and qualified by our independent audits. They are also currently supplying parts to the world market. Compared with our competitors, we offer not only Chinese price, but also North American operation, North American quality, and North American service. We can be involved into the engineering of your project and we provide full supply chain management including both logistics and quality assurance per our North American industrial supplier management experiences serving such companies as GE, Pratt Whitney, and GM. We are also involved into the manufacturing process to monitor operation. In addition, we can also work as your extended engineering department to help you solve your engineering issues related to materials. We also help North American customers in metal manufacturing industry to establish business in Chinese market. We have series of control plans in place to ensure we make your project a success.
