Our installer was very helpful with his explanation of the operation of the furnace, CO detectors, and programmable thermostat. I was pleased with his product knowledge. The crew always cleaned up after themselves and was very respectful. Arpi's was responsive in returning my phone calls promptly, even when it was a small issue. Overall it has been a very good experience dealing with this company. To date the furnace is working great and we are getting constant heat.
