Extremely poor quality work...Deadline was not met. Does not hold any trade certificates and I had the Ontario Power Authority at my door looking for him. Several other comments posted on line from others including an "F" rating with the Better Business Bureau. Beware and seek references, operates as Arrow One Construction and/or Vladimir Kokanavic..Those in Ottawa area, beware I heard he recently moved there from the Kingston area.
