Key / Major Clients: The largest American beer maker chose the Automation Project Group (then known as IMAGS Inc.) to design, manufacture and integrate multiple packing lines comprised of a robotic depalletizer (Kuka robot), dual case erectors, dual partition inserters, dual basket erectors and dual basket inserters. The system handles multiple product sizes and variable pack configurations on dual lines. The result is a flexible high-speed and field proven solution!
The installed packaging lines utilized best-in-class domestic and European packaging equipment and included the worlds fastest case erectors, partition inserters, basket erectors and basket inserters!
Success Stories: The largest American beer maker chose the Automation Project Group (then known as IMAGS Inc.) to install best-in-class, high-speed packaging equipment at both east and west coast sites, where the equipment is capable of running at combined line speeds greater then 2400 bottles per minute. We handle multiple pack patterns and multi-packs on the same line achieving excellent levels of productivity and reliability.
As a result of these successful installations, APG has continued to advance the line speed of their OEM equipment and pursued new markets for advanced automation applications.
