The owner did preliminary drawings for me for a porch roof. He was asked to use my existing posts. He was shown the area the roof would cover. He wasted his time (which I paid for) doing designs that I had already told him I did not want. I have 19 inch cement posts with T-bar inserts. Mr Barrada did not do a psi on these posts. Instead he designed new posts. He was suppose to have a couple of drawings for me to choose from. The drawings he supplied had errors on them as well as having only one roof to choose from. My house and addition have a gable roof. Mr Barrada chose a hip roof which is more expensive. It also does not match the rest of the buildings on my property. His drawings were such that a high school student could have done them. He charged me professional fees for drawings I can't use
