I had an excellect relationship with this company at one time with there previous Parts Person. He was excellent to deal with, and always was very serious about his job. He gave our company the better price than his competitor. When we order parts from him, they always showed up on or before promised date. We are still ordering from this company, but the service and pricing is certainly not the same has it was. The parts person name was Carlo, we hope where ever he went from there that he does well, because he is certainly missed by our Company.
