We are certified under ISO 9001:2000 and AS9100 (AIR 5359 REV B) and are also accredited through NADCAP. Our production floor maintains several lines of major equipment including Gantry 40 foot Cincinnati 5 axis 3 Spindle High Performance Profiler; SNK HPS-120B 5-Axis High Speed Horizontal Profiler; Three 10 foot V-5 Cincinnati 5 axis Vertical Machining Centers; 3 Makino MMCs, total 9 Machines, 32 plus 10 Pallet 4 and 5 axis Cells; Mazak VariAxis 630 mm 5 axis trunion; Miscellaneous Support Equipment, 2, 3, and 4 Axis CNC; and 3 CNC CMM€™s.
Our Engineers provide superior Process Planning, CNC Programming, and Configuration Control.
We also provide Paint, CARC, Non Destructive Testing LPI and MPI, Anodizing, Inventory management and final inspection in house.
