DTH Consulting is an Alberta registered company with client mainly in western Canada and internationally. We provide computing consulting services to clients via telephone and over the internet. Incorporated in 1994, it is a family based business dealing with a wide range of small to medium sized businesses. Originally based in Calgary and offering on site services, we moved our Head Office to Central Nova Scotia in the fall of 2007. With this move, we moved from an on-site based business to a remote assistance based firm. Over the next 3 years, we actually grew our client base in Alberta. We provide a full range of services to our clients including business consulting services, computer software maintenance, and even new equipment recommendations and sales. Although it was not originally our intention to continue providing equipment to our clients, we have developed through our industry partners, an effective method of configuring and installing new equipment where it is required. In the case of larger installations, we do have a group of technicians that subcontracts for us for client installations. We are Microsoft Partners and maintain reseller services for serveral large software firms. In addition to the day to day service requests from our clients, we offer an extensive off-site data backup service. We utilize a firm that maintains multiple class 4 data centres and have our own branded software and can handle clients with under a gigabyte of data to those with several terabytes of data that need backup and recovery services.
We have a wide variety of clients from a number of vertical markets including Professional Corporations (Lawyers, Insurance, Financial) Construction, Retail, Manufacturing, Oil and Gas, and many others.
For Clients in Eastern Canada, our Nova Scotia based sister company, DKR Holdings Ltd (o/a DKR Computers) serve our clients in the east with both remote assistance and on-site services.
