1. Representation and trade development: Douglas McNeill Consulting Ltd can represent foreign companies in Canada. We do this by introducing foreign companies to distributors, clients or potential industry partners in Canada. Once these relationships are established we are then able to maintain and build on them for the client. If the client has relationships already in place in Canada we can certainly help strengthen them. If the foreign companies are looking to purchase product we can certainly help find the right Canadian suppliers.
2. Logistics and trade efficiency: We can help address transport cost issues in the clients home country and help organize the business to be more efficient on an international level. In addition we can offer logistical services from the clients home country to Canada and the rest of the world including import, export, air freight, sea freight, rail service, warehousing and domestic trucking. We have a large network in place and we are able to provide the local client with competitive shipping quotes. They will not lose their competitive edge.
3. Registering: We can legally register foreign companies in Canada, which will increase the clients international presence and marketability. It is actually not a complicated process and it will allow the foreign company to be more efficient when dealing with Canadian buyers or sellers. I would be happy to explain this process in more details if necessary. (This is not an expensive undertaking).
