Success Stories: On the project site at Lear Corp Windsor Ontario Plant, MOL had put a work stoppage on the gate before the Demolition contractors and sub-contractors had even arrived.
One of the workers had seen my work performance and had past my name along to them. After receiving a phone call from all the contractors involved, I had a demolition meeting with all the owners.
I explained my call to MOL and stated the reasons and then the contractors stated their story, hence after meeting with the MOL on site, within minutes not only was the work stoppage had been lifted but I had reclassified the intensity of the work involved.
Between all the contractors I managed to save them over a total of millions of dollards
Time and time and again I have saved companies stress, work stoppage but most of all I have saved their profit margins
