DBC is soley owned and operated by Tracy Schira-Parker. Tracy has a B.Comm graduate and a CMA designation. For the past 5 years Tracy has been providing financial analysis and advise to farmers through the CFBAS program and Farm Debt Mediation. She has also been working closely with the local Tribal Council and it's related businesses for business management services, accessing funding and capital, and busienss planning.
In addition to these services, Tracy is working with a number of organizations to develope and execute a strategic plan, and is progressively getting more involved with this type of consulting.
Tracy is very diverse and dynamic with not only her skill sets, but
also with her approach to business. Her willingness to take on any
challenge makes her look at any business as a new opportunity to break all of the rules and barriers, and reach an entirely new level of success.
Dynamic Business Consulting (DBC) is a privately owned consulting business that is passionate about helping people and organizations succeed in business. The business has been working with Agriculture and Agri-Food Canada under the Renewal group of programs (CFBAS) as well as the Farm Debt Mediation services. DBC has also been working with the Tribal Council, and related First Nations business as a financial consultant and as well as providing financial and business planning advice to band members.
A new and exciting set of services that are now being provided is the strategy development and execution for businesses, organizations, and communities.
DBC is all about taking the hard numbers (historical results) and the softer aspects of the business (human resources, marketing, structure, and policies and procedures), and creating the right strategy that creates lasting, long term results.
