Fountain of Life School of Ministry (FLSM) is located in the City of Prince Albert, Saskatchewan, Canada. Fountain of Life Colleges is a division of the school comprised of two departments: Fountain of Life College (undergraduate); Fountain of Life Graduate School (graduate/post-graduate).

Requirements for Canadian Students
To qualify for any of our programs, applicants must have a Grade 12 graduation diploma, its equivalent, or qualify as a "mature student".
Applicants must be 18 years of age or older unless an applicant has graduated from an ACE Curriculum program prior to the age of 18. Exceptions to these general admission requirements must be approved, on a case-by-case basis, by our Academic Committee.
Procedure for Application
Prospective students complete an application form found on the FLSM website at 'www.fountainoflifecolleges.com', including all required transcripts and documents requested. This information, along with the appropriate registration fee, is to be submitted to the Registrar 'folsom.registrar@sasktel.net'. If the application is submitted by email, arrangements are to be made for receipt of the application fee as the application will not be considered until the fee is received.
An admissions committee will review the completed forms for purposes of approval. Upon recommendation of conditional approval, a letter of acceptance will be sent to the applicant, along with other pertinent information. Written confirmation of financial sponsorship or payment is to be received before approval is finalized.
The goal of Fountain of Life Colleges is to provide students with a Biblical framework and hands-on practical ministry skills to influence practically the world with the ultimate goal of salvation and proper discipleship of souls. In addition, the effort is made to provide the students with a solid foundation for discovering God's will and applying it to every area of ministry. Without jeopardizing academic excellence, practical training in ministry is emphasized.
