Ditto with the other ex-employee. Worked at the North Dakota operation and found it had been hijacked by a few low lifes determined to milk it for all it was worth. Add to that a sub-sonic revolving door for new hires. lackluster sales efforts. No training or literature on the software for the operators. Poor application of fuel solenoids resulting in frequent malfunction, etc, etc. You get the picture. Unfortunately yet another great idea getting run into the ground by poor management. Maybe a competitor will arise who can learn from Frack Shack's mistakes.

EX-EMPLOYEE
Worst company I have ever been employed with. Once I was on a job for this company in the bush, when they canceled our flights and asked us to hitch hike home. With 100lbs of gear? The manager is a complete idiot. The contract provided to employees by this company locks them in to a contract for 4 months, and states they are not allowed to work else where during the term. After 2 months of work guess what happened? The work stopped, and under threat of being sued, employees had to run out the contract before they were permitted to find employment else where, not to mention the 36 hr shifts you had to work because they couldn't schedule a lunch for a 4 year old, and the fact they kept firing everyone they higher-ed. On a side note there automated fueling system is an environmental liability to any major corporation considering using this product. The shacks leak diesel every ware. Don't believe me? order one and you will see the giant mess left behind after the job is finished. A big middle finger to this business, YOU SUCK!

the hiring process should look a little deeper into future employees background . Witch hurts current employees when they are transferred to the field

This Company is extremely innovative with its services and development of safe and efficient technology. The founders of this Company are extremely honest and fair in all of their dealings. I also wish to add that the leadership exercised in growing this Company is outstanding and are an excellent model for anyone wishing to be successful in operating and growing a business.
