Freeborn - Associates will work with your
organization to develop a "customized" solution
that works. To ensure this we follow a process,
a series of steps, that set and manage
expectations for each client.
1. The initial meeting with our clients gives
them an opportunity to get to know us and for us
to know them. At this meeting we identify what
the client can expect from us and explain what
commitment we need from the client.
2. A preliminary 'diagnosis' of our client's
needs is next. We get at the root causes of
their challenges and identify some possible
solutions. This is when our client can look at
some options.
3. Preparing a proposal and agreeing on a
process, how the project is going to be managed,
is required before moving forward.
4. Straightforward, practical issues such as the
communication process with the client and how
time will be allocated during the assignment.
This includes things like how much time will be
spent on research, face to face meetings,
documentation and reporting. We make sure our
clients are in agreement with our methodology
before we start to conduct the assignment.
4. Fact finding using information from the
company, the industry or the marketplace, helps
us provide a more precise diagnosis of the
client's needs. We analyze the information and
provide feedback to our client.
5. Developing an action plan that will work is
the next step. You want proposals that are
results oriented and realistic. We will provide
ideas for solutions; evaluate the alternatives
and present our recommendations.
6. Successful implementation requires us to
support our clients through coaching,
facilitation, training and developing the client
team. We are available to provide hands-on
assistance throughout the implementation of your
plan.
7. Evaluation and follow-up are critical to the
measurement of success for each project. A final
report will include the changes we have observed
and cite the feedback from the participants.
Using this information we can look forward to
next steps that will keep your company on a path
of continuous improvement.
