Reps barely speak comprehensible English, refuse to work within insurance laws - they create their own laws and instruct their employees that their policies and proceedures are lawfully without ever questionning it. I have had to file complaints with the ombundsman. Do not deal with this insurance company. They renew with no authorization and will not allow you to shop around before they do. Do not deal with this company they also dislike non French speaking clients.
