Made a claim through this company, and I'm still waiting for the payout, 3 months, slow processing, not helpful at all, I'm out hundreds of dollars, still paying for there services and haven't got the phone, or payout, paying for my contract and haven't a phone to use it, very disappointed

Receiving your compensation from this company is disgustingly slow. A typical warranty company, take your money and then don't care about how quickly they take care of you when you need their services. My phone broke, I was under warranty. There wasn't a replacement available so they offered me a monetary payout. Of course they took my deductible off my credit card immediately and here I sit 2+ months later without the funds. How am I suppose to go out and buy a new phone without the funds from my warranty? When you call it is always another departments fault and no you cannot talk to them!!!
