I worked for this company in Edmonton, Alberta. Wages for most employees were substandard based on duties and responsibilities. Poor training in repairs for complex equipment. Most jobs were hit and miss, a lot of customer equipment was not repaired properly and required more repairs. The service department lacked organization and parts availability was slow and costly. Most employees were required to do work which they were not qualified to do. There was no quality standards yet management bragged about "world class service" which didn't exist. Storage shelves were unstable and not secured. Storage facilities were dirty with poor heating and cooling. No forklift certification.
