Management and Direction
The presiding Board of Directors has been empowered to appoint a President, a Vice-president, a Secretary, and a Treasurer and, if deemed advisable, may annually or more often as may be necessary, appoint a Chairman of the Board, CEO and a Managing Director, from among their peers, and other officers as the Board of Directors may determine, including one or more assistant to the designated officers.
Requirements
HD Facultyâ„¢ is required to conduct, manage, research, develop, implement, and maintain its business affairs through the S.M.A.R.T. Managementâ„¢ Program. The programs include the requisite systems and implementation guidelines for principals, directors, and governmental officials in respect to the quality of leadership; management and control; teamwork; maximization of resources (through quality and safe planning); personal quality; continuous improvement; and working only with factual information.
Structured to Succeed. The presiding Directors and Managing Officers are required to ensure that HD Faculty's respective divisions possess all the key elements and employ the most skilled personnel, equipped with the most advanced cutting-edge operating systems and programs, in a safe and trusted environment.

(6) research and development, namely, the research and experimental development of market niche products, programs and systems creation.

(2) To develop computerized programs and leadership guidelines that act as the mentor to each leadership team, facilitating meetings of leadership teams in a timely manner, assisting in the development and implementation of improvement plans based on improvement priorities; facilitating works-and-tasks teams; supporting the activities of local facilitators; and providing administrative support to the improvement process in co-operation with internal personnel;
(3) To employ the S.M.A.R.T. Managementâ„¢ Program in the conduct of its business affairs; thus, resultant in automatic transparent, upright and prudent transactions;
(4) To employ the guiding principles of the S.M.A.R.T. Managementâ„¢ Program to instruct the wise to be wiser through the increasing of their knowledge, thereby avoiding pit-holes;
(5) To employ the H-DIBIPSâ„¢ Program within HD Facultyâ„¢ and its clients€™ facilities to prevent the straying of personnel from the path established;
(6) To ensure that our clients€™ plans are established in accordance with the S.M.A.R.T. Managementâ„¢ Program guidelines and requirements, which is automatically resultant in the thorough understanding of all aspects thereof; and
(7) To establish and employ the S.M.A.R.T. Management mechanism that automatically reminds personnel to be mindful of the most precious and limited commodity in life: €œtime€?.
