Complete technical compatibility between our presses affords Hemlock tremendous flexibility in how we can produce a job or adapt to last minute changes in the customer€™s schedule. With such an extensive array of quality equipment, we can assign two, three or more presses to meet a pressing deadline. Our system of flexible work shifts, operating 24 hours a day, seven days a week, is designed to meet precisely timed delivery requirements.
Hemlock Express, our digital printing division located next door, complements Hemlock€™s Burnaby operation. Specializing in high quality digital printing, including variable data projects, Hemlock Express offers one source convenience for direct marketing campaigns and short-run print and bindery projects. The latest available technology available enables Hemlock Express to produce a quality level that is unparalleled by any digital printer in the market. The press line-up is as follows

Hemlock also offers complete bindery, post-press, and distribution services. The heart of our post-press department is the Polar System 5 robotic materials handling and cutting system. Built around the System 5 is a configuration of four folders, a six-station collator/saddle stitcher with cover feeder, a large format letterpress, an automated gluer/folder, and several high-speed shrink-wrapping lines. Our logistics department coordinates product distribution for multiple shipments across town or around the world.
