I would like to take this opportunity to thank you and all of your people for the great service you provided us moving and storing our new 15,000 lb. coiling machine. We were not expecting to receive the machine fully assembled and we had no means to unload it at our plant. It was late in the afternoon and we had to react as quickly as possible as the driver had another machine on his truck destined for Newfoundland. I called your people explaining the situation we were in and they offered to store it in your location until your people had time to do the installation the following week. Realizing our situation we were at your mercy as to what you were going to charge us but your people did not take advantage of us and invoiced us what we believed to be a fair price for the job. Congratulations to you and all of your people for the excellent service. It is a pleasure to do business with your company.
