Find another property mgmt. company (I wish I had)!! NO customer service, NO communication etc. Check out the link below to see that they are incompetent. This is by far the worst property management company around. They are deceptive and poorly managed. Once they have your initial money, the communication and service stops. They are incompetent, unfair and misleading in what they advertise and promise for their so-called 'services'. They had been given an administrative penalty from the Alberta real estate board for advertising services which they were not licensed to. BEWARE of this company and do not use or recommend them.
