Horizon Equity is a division of First Foundation Residential Mortgages, a fully licensed and approved Canadian Home Income Plan (CHIP) brokerage. Reverse Mortgages offered by Horizon Equity are funded by CHIP. A reverse mortgage allows Canadian seniors 60 and over to access the equity in their home. They are not required to make any payments (principal or interest) on the loan until they leave the home.
