LG consulting is a small independant company run by Linda D. Graham Director and consultant providing learning services and multimedia on-line products/LMS systems for small to medium sized Private companies as well as Federal Government agencies. She has provided learning services and products to Health Canada, CIDA, DFAIT, SDC and The department of Justice etc. She has gained much knowledge and skill in scoping out the learning requirements of an organization using tools such as questionnaires, research and analysis as well as liason with a company or departmental SME and end users who are key to the success of any learning project. She has provided services on a larger scale in an Enterprise environment giving detailed technical requirements for PC's to enable e-learning capability.
LG Consulting is able to supply some technology training in the French language and will sub-contract to partners for any course development or learning services that do require French. All documentation can be translated into the French language.

Success Stories: I provided classroom training on how to use learn.com CBT's to Health Canada's Scientists and they were very impressed on how they could train there staff internally without sending them off site for any period of time. I also provided technical information for all desktop configurations across Canada, so they would be able to run the CBT from their local drive. I also provided a learning plan for all internal staff for skill gap analysis in technical and soft skills training. The departmental manager was very happy with these services.
For SDC I provided a skill gap analysis Canada wide to research courses they would require for a skill shortage in Management and in human resources. I provided formal letters to internal directors and managers as well as in all regional offices and requested lists of all current course curriculum and made recommendations.
I also provided research and analysis to Corrections Canada to investigate which courses were currently offered for corrections courses in all College and Universities across Canada. This study was to identify which courses to keep and which courses they should change and or were not required for Correctional officers.
Also, in partnership with NETG, I provided e-learning for technical and end users and for CIDA I provided Learn.com multimedia training with lunch and learns. I believe both organizations were happy with the material.
