A five-week course for small-business owners – or prospective entrepreneurs who are considering starting a small business – that includes an overview of the most important areas of the law that any small-business owner must be familiar with. Offered by Canada's pre-eminent law school, the U of T Faculty of Law, in collaboration with the School of Continuing Studies, this course will taught by leading lawyers in the business law area. It will give you a solid overview of the important legal concepts and principles in business and corporate law.
