The first thing that comes to mind when I think of Ginger is her professionalism and honesty. Being UK residents we had many out of the norm queries throughout our purchase and if there was anything that Ginger didn't know the answer to she would immediately let us know and then get back to us with the answer. Ginger probably spent considerable time resolving our queries but she never made a big issue of this. Her honesty warmed us to her as we felt we were getting correct information at all times .
