subsidiary of the Inuit Broadcasting Corporation (IBC), the Inuktitut language broadcaster of Nunavut. Inuit Communications is 100% Inuit owned and profits are re-invested into northern economic
and cultural development. The company provides professional media production services for television and radio broadcast, public awareness and education from our digital production facility in Iqaluit, NU. Inuit Communications was incorporated in 1983. We have worked on contract or in partnership with federal and territorial government departments, designated Inuit organizations and social service agencies.
