• J - V Turner will then collect the resumes, revue, screen and evaluate potential candidates, and conduct interviews with a minimum of five (5) qualified candidates, either at your offices or outside if you prefer anonymity.
• We will then do a final evaluation and screening of candidates including thorough career background checks, education verification, interview and check references and a security examination.
• Once we are satisfied your criteria have been met, we will select and present two qualified candidates to your hiring committee for final examination. Of course we€™ll work with you every step of the way and provide written evaluations of candidates and our professional recommendations.
