The company is very unstable with regard to their business model, internal processes and format of services offered. Constant changes and lack of standardized documentation cause confusion and delays with the services provided. Technical errors engendering financial issues also have to be mentioned. I personally have witnessed how certain employees make offensive remarks on clients, mock their accents or way of speaking. Not all the managers possess the necessary managerial and people skills to actually manage their subordinates as well as giving controversial instructions which I consider one of the major issues with the work routine. Often the work flow is chaotic and unreasonably stressful.
