John Towler's response to my questioning his customer service: I’m sure that 99% of people in my position would have simply dismissed you as a rude twit - which, in retrospect, and in light of your response is obviously what I should have done. Silly me for going out of my way. That’s certainly evidence of someone who is trying to be an irritation. My response to his email sent to my coworker: No it wasn’t that I thought you were trying to up sell your products it was your condescending manner from the time you answered the phone and to the time I decided I had enough. You answered the company phone with your name and when I asked if this was Creative Org Design you said ‘yes’ before I was able to finish asking the question. Next I asked about quotes but before you answered .....you asked, without any type of grace, who I was and what did I want them for. ... you asked again who I was and who I worked for as you thought I might be someone else you had talked to earlier. You then asked me again what I was using them for; again, I told you. ... you began to issue a monologue about ‘ it has nothing to do with what’s better’ but rather what it is needed. This monologue continued for about 15 long seconds before I had had enough and said “I have to go...good bye”. I am a bit shy on patience these days but so far I haven’t hung up on anyone until today. I apologize for my rude behaviour but you might want to brush up on your ‘exceptional customer service’ . Also, as for emailing my co worker rather than myself, I am not sure of your motives. I know that for you to find her email you would have found mine first.
