This is a one-man-show. Do not be fooled by smooth talk and assurances to the contrary. This person does not work well with others, especially if he is paying them. There will be a lot of lip-service provided to clients, but be aware that this individual has too many different kinds of irons in the fire to really make you a priority. Is he a programmer, a fabricator, an instructor, a landlord, a consultant, a marketer, a web page designer, or is he just a short-sighted self-important bully looking to make as much money off you as he can before you realize what he is really like. Probably all of the above. Others have mentioned that this fellow has a Napoleon Complex (feel free to look that one up for yourself, as there are many things in that diagnosis that are applicable) where as it may be more accurate to say that he is ADHD (Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder) with a touch of NPD (Narcissistic Personality Disorder). Ask for references and call them, and also do your own research before entertaining engaging his services.
