i will say that there thinking should be good.they should be honest,work hard,loyal to the comunity,not should be harmful for others,be kind and helpful for others,should not cheat to the others.always should be polite and friendly for others.should not be rude to others.always be fair in give and take to the others.pay to the workers honestly and well in time.always be fair to all.company directors are not fair to the workers.pay money to the worker,which yet y have not paid since a year and a half.its cruelness.i pray for you that may Allah give you all responsible Hadayah.be mercy to other so that may Allah mercy upon you.i am in hardship and you r not paying me my labour.its no good.its cruelness.in the end i will say that , do good to the others that may Allah kind upon you.give me my rights, otherwise i will go the court.Bye
