Unique Applications: LHF (tm) Hollywood applications: At this time (2005/6) LHF is today at least two generations ahead of current practice. Digital cinema is currently on the threshold in the transition from film based to Digitally based delivery and projection. These advances in the transparent picture quality in comparison to film demand a renewed approach to enhancing the entertainment experience. The LHF (tm) system does precisely that. Improved clarity, spaciousness, depth and extended power response in the deep-deep bass all contributes to the future enjoyment of being entertained. Current cinema sound systems are incapable of delivering the entire content of a films sound track to the ears of the audience in ANY theater anywhere in the world. LHF (tm) is a leading edge application of advanced electro-acoustical science.
David Bowie's company ISOLAR New York, committed to the first very large format LHF (tm) system, and was installed in their Maui Hawaii studio and retreat facility. Budget for the two projects: $1.5 Million USD. Images can be seen at: www.leadercinema.com (WOWEEonMAUI) and at: www.picasaweb.google.com/leadercinema Without question, this project reigns as one of the world's most highly advanced multi-channel system.
The first Digital Intermediate (DI) suite was installed in Canada for MV Video (Toronto TSX Symbol: DVD) This hi-definition facility was designed by Leader and completed on a trunkey basis. The $ 1Million USD project, incorporated Leader LHF (tm) multi-channel sound systems, edit theater and acoustical design in addition to a complete suite of HDTV editing, color correction, monitoring and projection systems.
