One very annoyed client
I needed a clearance letter written to be able to insure a piece of equipment that I had leased through this company and after having this done for the two previous years this year was an unbelievable inconvenience. It seemed to be a hassle for them and there were concerns about my company not being able to insure our equipment and fulfill our work obligations. Finally after 6mths of phone calls and in action, we paid the equipment out so we did not have to deal with back alley across the tracks business anymore. Good riddance.

Angry Customer
Not customer service driven. Will take your money with no regard to ethics. Finished a 36 month lease with them and they continued to take payments for three months. No refund. Said it was in their right to do. If we didn't catch it, they would take payments for one year. Smug responses. I couldn't sleep at night if I worked there. Money trumps ethics once again.
