Unique Applications: Using the SentryFile Web based document management software, we have been able permit a local Credit Union to develop an electronic record system for their member records which supports their 5 branch network. Using multifunction devices located at each of their operating branches they can now input member files and documents directly into a centralized file storage which is accessible from all locations. The low operating costs and simplicity of administration associated with the system have been key elements of its success.

Success Stories: A Real Estate agent and Mortgage Broker in Kitchener is using the docUcapture service, (www.docUcapture.ca) to store their completed records for long term storage and disaster recovery purposes. By scanning them from a Kyocera Multifunction device in their office to the docUcapture file storage they are freeing up the space preciously used for file storage for more productive use. In addition they receive secure offsite storage for the files that are required to be kept for statutory purposes.
By contracting Leppert to supply their multifunction print devices and all of the network printers required for their 14 branch distribution system an electrical distributor has enabled their IT personnel to work on more productive activities, while substantially reducing the overall cost of their printing. The high reliability of the equipment and the fast support of the Leppert systems has "made printing problems go away", as stated by the IT Manager.
Using a combination of Kyocera network printers and mulifunction units supplied and supported by Leppert CH Hamilton has seen their printing costs reduced and performance enhanced. "I no longer worry about printing." is the way the IT Manager describes the results.
