Lipid Analytical Laboratories Inc. (LAL) was established in 1991.

capillary gas-liquid chromatography (GLC).
The lab is particularly commercially active in omega-3 ans trans
fatty acid determinations. Other specialized work includes
quantification of cholesterol (GLC), individual and total
phospholipid, mono-, di-, and tri-glycerides. Analyses of other
specialized lipids in any biological materials as well as
research projects and consultation can be arranged.
