The guy who runs this company èdward`or Ted as he is better known is a self absorbed jerk who thinks his muscles can help him save his dirty butt! His employees are all liars and his technicians are upselling scam rip off artists who have little or no actual knowledge I would discourage anyone from dealing with this low life company

This rip off artist took $175.00 for a service call and battery replacement for a smoke detector for my Grandma and never gave a receipt, took her cash and NEVER replaced the battery and is impossible to get in touch with him to find out why he ripped off an 80 year old woman. Highly recommend no one ever use this scammer. He is a thief and not to be trusted.

They did a good job and got me a great price on my system I was getting ripped off by ADT! Thank god someone put me in touch with them. Very professional and always trying to save you money def recommend them!

This company refused to give me receipts for a repair and said they would when he gets back to the office. I STILL don't have it. I have tried to call, email, and mail with NO RESPONSE. its been a year! they also LIED to me and said that ADT went out of business. THIS IS NOT TRUE!!! In also set my alarm off on purpose and NO ONE CAME! i dont feel that i am really even being monitored at all BEWARE OF THIS SCAMMER!!

very strange habits. not too bright. employees call and tell you they installed your system but did not. and ask lots of questions about your alarm system. they say they installed all components and want you to switch to another company to monitor your system. sounds fishy. could not find any information about this company online or by counterforce who they say they work for.
