M Cubed is a management consulting company that offers
analytic, facilitation and management services ranging
from problem definition and strategic planning through to
project specific modelling and systems development. M Cubed
originated in Toronto, Ontario in 1992 as a small
partnership. With its move to Ottawa, in 1994, it became
incorporated and started to expand. At this point, M Cubed
can offer a rich stable of consultants and consultant
teams with proven experience in most disciplines in the
information management field.
Our senior consultants have been selected based on their

Proj: Case Tool Conversion - Strategic Plan Implementation Advice

Contribution: M Cubed provided two different services to the US Air Force
last spring. The original contract was with HIPPO, a
strategic planning group within the American Air Force, and
came about through the CASE tool conversion service that M
Cubed offers. Initially, we were engaged to convert
existing enterprise wide models from an access database to
Cool:Biz, Sterling Software€™s case tool. Once introduced to
the business members of this group, we quickly were offered
additional work providing advice to them on the
establishment of an organization and associated procedures
to ensure the implementation of the strategic plan and it€™s
integration with the many on-going Air Force initiatives.
This resulted in an addition to the original contract
including different objectives and times.
